Compensation Framework

Mountain Middle School believes that the quality of the classroom teacher is directly related to student growth and achievement and is committed to paying salaries commensurate with local teacher salaries.  In addition, significant amounts of money are allocated to professional development.

Administrator salaries are competitive with market rates.
